"Horrible customer service. State farm train your people!! They are all horrible customer service agents whether you walk in or call in. Unfortunately the agent owns his business or office and he can let them get away with anything. I told her i was calling corporate and she was like go right ahead because obviously they can be rude and horrible and nothing will happen to them. What a shame. Want horrible customer service? Go here you’ll get alot of that. 🫤🤷🏻‍♀️ RESPONSE TO MR. Truax: And of course I will respond to Mr Robert of course it’s easy to reply adding blame to “my lack” to give the payment but thats all because your staff never does the job I called more than once to try to give the payments your lazy staff never took it or forgot. Your lazy and rude. Its easy to blame the customer and give excuses for your lack of leadership. What a shame that you carry State Farm’s name with such disregard and unprofessionalism.. like I said here he shows how “professional” he really is blaming some one else for his lazy staff.. for shame."

"Angela was very professional and helpful with all my questions. She was very knowledgeable about her job. She was very polite and friendly. It was so refreshing to be able to call about my mother’s policy and being able to get answers. Most providers will not give out information and help you unless you are the actual person. "I got a call from this office asking if I was still interested in renter's insurance and told them I had never inquired about that. After that call I received an email stating my new policy information for renters insurance, which also resulted in money taken out of my account for this policy. I contacted this company IMMEDIATELY after noticing this happened, I was not contacted until the next day AFTER business hours with Robert stating how he doesn't see how someone got my information and it was pretty much not possible, in a way accusing me of lying about the situation. Since then, It has been a disaster trying to get my money refunded through this location. They finally sent the check but it went to an address I no longer live at, after giving the girl my new address a couple weeks ago. I still have no check, and there is no notes about the new address so I must have "talked to another office". This location is terrible at communication, and professionalism, I do want to thank Stephanie from this office though, because after all this mess she relayed thorough info and says she will be in touch with me on a follow-up. Normally, I would never write a negative review, but this has been one negative after another with this location.--I have had a month to figure it out who had done this. I notice this office likes to push blame everywhere else instead of having effective communication. Reviews are supposed to be honest and I was, I didn't fabricate. Unfortunately I cannot respond to you, but I am still waiting for your call from the 31st, if you would like to call. Have a great day."

"Havent been called back for insurance quote. Another agency Statefarm Dolores advised me to callback and be added to a family members insurance. The family member called, left vm no callback. Got a ticket for no insurance 😑. Since Michelle left to Arturo taking over and now this one its endless issues. My insurance got cancelled when Arturo left because his reps didnt update my card info smh, and now need insurance and here I go again with the unprofessionalism of not returning calls, or getting emailed quotes. And just as an FYI, I was told by your rep I could get insurance and why I was pending a callback. No offense but get your story right before replying. I called another rep to get a second opinion not because you all couldn't get me insurance. Anddddd no cbs or being told we will help you when the action doesnt show is unprofessional. I should have got a cb like I was advised and or emailed my quote. My other family member didnt even get a cb and fyi was told I can get insurance by your agency, you should call me back rather than assuming things."

"What I like about State Farm as a company is that as soon as you report an accident they start the ball rolling finding you a place to fix your your car finding you a rental, you don’t have to worry about it. As a local office I love my Stephanie she is always giving the extra and patiently helping even when I’m stressing. I know I can always count on her when needed"
